SCULPT AT THE BAR

This is a choreographed group barbell class that is designed to improve your endurance, increase your energy, and strengthen your body. It mimics daily moves which improves your body's ability to perform everyday functions. Every muscle will get worked in a 60-minute class for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music with traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. 

BARRE CLASS
Aerobics Class

This class rotates every few weeks, bringing you a fresh, dynamic workout using different modalities and equipment. Each 60-minute session is designed to sculpt and tone your body while giving you a boost of cardio. You’ll challenge your strength, stability, and stamina—all in one fun, full-body class!

This class is a mobility and flexibility class using breathwork, binural beats, and isochronic tone music.  It will help improve balance, reduce stiffness, enhance joint range of motion, aid in recovery, hydrate fascia, and optimize daily activities!  You will leave feeling relaxed and revitalized!

This is a 60 minute full body strength training class with a little fun and flair! You've got to try this one!

ZUMBA STEP AND TONE
Smiling Dancer

This upbeat class blends Zumba dance moves with platform step routines and maraca toning sticks to sculpt, shake, and sweat to the beat.

CIRCUIT CLASS

 

Workout with Fit Ball

 

This is a structed strength and conditioning class that targets different muscle groups.  It combines functional movement, progressive overload, and creative exercises to build lean muscle, improve balance, and enhance overall athletic performance.

ZUMBA CLASS
Dance Class

A limited-run Zumba class that blends fun, easy dance moves with cardio for a joyful, full-body workout. 

HIIT YOGA

This is a choreographed class blending yoga, Pilates, sport, and tai chi.  You will increase your range of motion, flexibility and strength with consistent participation.

Disclaimer:  This class will require you to be able to bend, twist, and move quickly to and from the floor in traditional yoga poses. If this would be too intense and beyond your physical abilities you might like the Circl Mobility class as the movements are performed at a much slower pace.
