This is a choreographed group barbell class that is designed to improve your endurance, increase your energy, and strengthen your body. It mimics daily moves which improves your body's ability to perform everyday functions. Every muscle will get worked in a 60-minute class for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
BARRE & BENCH
This is a 60 minute Barre Class that fuses step and Barre utilizing a step, light weights, and a booty band. This class has it all working in cardio, strength, and stability. It's a fun but challenging class!

CIRCL
This class is a mobility and flexibility class using breathwork, binural beats, and isochronic tone music. It will help improve balance, reduce stiffness, enhance joint range of motion, aid in recovery, hydrate fascia, and optimize daily activities! You will leave feeling relaxed and revitalized!
UPLIFT
This is a 60 minute full body strength training class with a little fun and flair! You've got to try this one!
Transform Circuit
This is a 60-90 minute full body class focusing mainly on mobility, flexibility, core, and overall strength using a variety of equipment including TRX in a circuit format. We focus on stretching and strengthening the muscle to help reduce weak links and muscle imbalances. You will reduce risk of injuries and get a stronger foundation from which to build on.
Hip Hop Barre!
Hip-Hop Barre class fuses traditional barre with a hip-hop dance flair. Light weights are used for this class. This class will condition and tone your whole body!

Zumba Step-Toning
Zumba Step-Toning
This class is a blend of Zumba Step, and Toning for a really fun and effective dance style workout that targets legs, arms, glutes and core.
Not Your Usual Yoga Class
Not Your Usual Yoga Class
This is a choreographed class blending yoga, Pilates, sport, and tai chi. You will increase your range of motion, flexibility and strength with consistent participation.

Disclaimer: This class will require you to be able to bend, twist, and move quickly to and from the floor in traditional yoga poses. If this would be too intense and beyond your physical abilities you might like the Circl Mobility class as the movements are performed at a much slower pace.
