We have a state-of-the art-floating sprung floor with a Marley floor overlay used by many world-class dance studios.  This floating floor will help with joints by absorbing most of the shock from impact and limit friction on the knees which will improve comfort and performance. The Marley floor overlay has the perfect amount of grip so it's not slippery yet  not sticky which allows you to slide or twist with a better degree of control.
