This is the bounce class that does it ALL. Some sessions will take you through energizing interval-style training to push endurance and power, while others may run as a circuit workout to target and tone every major muscle group. Either way, you’ll sculpt, strengthen, and sweat—on AND off the trampoline.

Mommy&Me Bounce
Start them young, keep it fun! Little ones will bounce, move, and play to children’s music while learning that fitness is a priority. Parents are encouraged to follow along and be the example — or simply cheer from the sidelines. Bonus: your toddler gets their wiggles out and is ready for nap time, while you might even sneak in a workout too!
